My methods are tailored to each client, and combine approaches that are designed to enhance team creativity, draw out the collective wisdom of the group, and test ideas to maximize learning. This ensures that we create solutions that are innovative and sustainable in the long run.
I am an expert in fishery systems, but my talents for facilitation, systems thinking, and strategy development can help teams working on a variety of social and environmental impact initiatives.
